Each fall we honor the start of a new church year with a gathering of water from wherever we have been during the summer months. Sometimes it is from a serene lake we visited, or a creek in our neighborhood, an ocean or river far away, the hose in our backyard or tap in our kitchen. This fall we will offer a water communion ritual that you can do while physically distant. Water unites us with all the animals and plants of the world, wherever we may be.
