“Being Woven: The Fabric of Human Connection” with Rev. Jody Kessler

From the ancient sages to modern-day poets, the idea of an inextricably interwoven humanity is a rich image, and a powerful concept to live by. Embracing this teaching helps us to live with more social responsibility, compassion and love. Through song, story, poetry and guided meditation, Rev. Jody Kessler invites us to explore the essential interconnectedness of the human experience.
We are overjoyed to welcome back, Rev. Jody Kessler who is a performing songwriter, recording artist, educator, and ordained Interfaith Minister. She has released five CDs, three of which have won awards for her outstanding songwriting and musicianship. In addition to writing and performing music, Jody (who also in known by the Sanskrit name” Jyoti”) is a transformational workshop facilitator, yoga teacher, and a leader of interfaith devotional chanting. She weaves together her gifts as a spiritual leader, motivational speaker, teacher, and troubadour into an engaging and uplifting offering from the heart.

who come in peace, no matter the person
or whom one loves.

When and how we will use the recording remains undetermined since the process is new to us. During the current crisis, we feel we have a responsibility to capture how our three congregations worshipped virtually together during COVID-19.
Given the entire service will be recorded, we ask that you share joys and concerns appropriately and conceal minors whose faces you do not want to appear on screen. You have the option of turning your camera off when you join, although we encourage you to leave your camera on if you feel comfortable to do so.
